Description:

• Program Material Manager (PMM) will interface between the Advanced EHF Program and the Acquisition Team.
• PMM as “lead”/liaison for the program, acts as interface between Acquisition and any internal customers.
• PMM advocates for the Acquisition ConOps on AEHF.
• Status Program on parts issues from the point of PR released into buyer queue through dock receipt.
• Understand part/supplier disconnects along the supply chain life-cycle, use Acquisition reports to provide Program detail as needed, develop and manage acquisition return-to-green plans as necessary.
• Will be a strategic program interface (provide input to the development of Program requirements) through coordination with MRP/MPS to develop forecasts for future requirements, engages programs early in the life cycle to influence optimal acquisition strategy, supports proposal activity as necessary.
• Responsible for monitoring Program specific supplier execution.
• Analyze and prioritize Program workload with Focused Acquisition Center Cell Managers/Leads.
• Manage resolution of issues between buyers and parts engineers. Work directly with Program materials and processes team, along with the IPT leads, to prioritize the supplier exception list.
• Work with Finance, Quality, and MRP planner to expedite the release of critical materials in SAP.
• Attend weekly Program management level meetings to present the status of critical piece part materials in the supply chain cycle to the Program and IPT leads.
• Attend various status meetings to relay critical Supply Chain issues and information.
• Primary interface between MRP Planner and Buyer/Supplier.
• Coordinate MIA resolution with the Lines of Business.

Desired Skills:

• SAP experience.
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).


Typical Minimums:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience.
• 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
