Description:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with CEO's, CFOs, and Boards of Directors of current and potential healthcare clients.
• Play a key role in future business generation by identifying new business opportunities through networking within industry.
• Proactively anticipate and stay informed of health care industry trends including regulations, market practices, trends, economic factors, and risk.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
• Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business and process improvement.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor to client.
• Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Take on leadership role in improving existing tools and building new tools to deliver our services.
• Effectively manage the financial performance (i.e. realization, utilization, leverage, accounts receivable, expenses, etc.) of multiple engagements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the health care practitioners in other service lines within the firm to maintain an understanding of all of the firm’s service offerings and coordinate practice development efforts accordingly.
• Actively develop and maintain peer relationships with other Advisory Services practices and other firm Service Lines to promote an integrated cross-discipline sales and delivery model and actively pursue cross-sell opportunities appropriate to the client needs.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to our people, develop high performing teams, and promote respect and inclusiveness in the workplace.
• Actively participate in recruiting talent to the firm.
• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.


Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration and/or a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Health or Hospital Administration.
• At least ten years of progressive advisory or consulting experience within a medium or large professional services and advisory firm or major management consulting firm.
• Demonstrated new business development experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in the healthcare industry within one or more of the solutions sets described above.
• Strong business acumen and complex problem solving skills.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Define talent requirements necessary to deliver solution sets.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Requisite experience planning, managing, and implementing healthcare solution sets.
• Assist in developing methodologies and tools to enable team members to execute engagement objectives.
• Provide engagement leadership to team members to continually improve engagement implementation and execution.
• Assist in building and implementing programs to improve services.
• Lead performance review processes.


Additional Information:

• Ability to travel as needed to various client sites.
