• Provide overall direction, vision, deployment and management for the IT Supply Chain applications group.
• Ensure alignment of applications portfolio with company goals and strategies, managing performance to objectives.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of application development projects and ensure robust use of best-in-class methodology and tools.
• Support the rollout of key initiatives (EDI, supply chain management, OEM Factory Provisioning) linking business requirements with IT application strategies and solutions.
• Manage application development plans.
• Communicate and coordinate plans, risks, and status to business clients and supporting IT functions.
• Maintain and enhance the application portfolio, including both custom developed and licensed products.
• Ensure consistent and reliable production activities, quality of existing and new applications, and execution to project schedules, budget and customer expectations.
• Manage cooperative relationships across business functions with respect to systems, projects, processes, and teams.
• Manage budgets for staff, application infrastructure expenses, capital purchases, and software expenditures.
• Oversee contractor/vendor budgets and monitor contractor performance.
• Lead recruiting activities for application support activities.
• Directs and manages daily, weekly and monthly job streams and other production operations activities.
• Manages the design and administration of IT data exchange processes between and among internal and external partners and providers, including our OEM and CE partners.
• Establishes and monitors IT process metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) between and among internal and external partners and service providers.
• Performs regular trend analysis of critical business metrics and works to improve process effectiveness.
• Works closely with the entire Operations staff to develop and administer a systems and network management architecture with appropriate metrics and reporting processes.
• Works closely with service providers to develop and maintain data exchange reconciliation processes.

• Project Management: Microsoft Project.
• Methodology: RUP methodology and associated tools.
• Subscription applications: Convergys, Amdocs, CDS, etc.
