PeopleSoft Supply Chain- Senior Manager

Job Description:

• Technology Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integration business.
• They specialize in designing enterprise architecture and technology solutions, assessing and diagnosing technology environments, designing technology infrastructure such as networks, security and platforms, setting technology strategies, and tuning technology environments for optimal performance.
• Systems Integration and Technology (SI&T) offers a full range of global delivery services-from enterprise solutions, system integration, technical architectures, business intelligence, infrastructure consulting, and technology research/development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of PeopleSoft relevant experience.
• 8+ years of team lead experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of Sales/Business Development experience in the ERP or SCM space.
• Bachelors degree.


PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Able to lead large teams.
• Able to manage large projects, including experience planning and estimating large PeopleSoft projects.
• Broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging).
• Understanding of SCM-related business parameters and drivers.
• At least one deep functional/technology skill (OTC, PTP, Inventory Management, Manufacturing).
• Good understanding of Business Case Development.
• Experience leading, or making major contributions, to large sales proposals for consulting or professional services.
• Experience working with CTO/CIO.
• Experience at a large/ Global consulting firm (IBM, Deloitte, Cap Gemini).
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate technical issues in business terms and vice-versa.
• Desire to continue to broaden functional and technical skills.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
• Ability to meet travel 100% requirement; weekly travel to client site.
