Description:
• The Lead Specialist, SAP IM/WM position will serve as the Supply Chain Team Member on SAP related initiatives.
• Coordinate work efforts and SAP functions across multiple departments.
• Coordinate requirements definition and create formal user training documentation.
• Provide initial support triage on Supply Chain system related issues and liaise with business leaders to understand and prioritize SAP support requirements.
• Communicate with users regarding issue resolutions while staying abreast of new functionality offered by SAP.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience.
• However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Must possess knowledge of internal distribution processes.
• Strong skill set in analytical, organization, communication, system thinking, decision making and problem solving are essential.
• Must have the ability to multi-task with meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer skills are required with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and SAP.
