Description:

• Sourcers have the ability to work from home part / most of the week once tenured.
• They will have to be in Roslyn 2-3 times / week when they start.
• Once delivering results, they will have the ability to flex their work location.


Key Role:

• The primary focus of the Candidate Sourcer is to build and sustain candidates pipelines both via varied research and networking methods, and via building deep, proactive relationships with high potential candidates and future interest candidates by creating a pipeline of talent against the aligned function area of support.
• Candidates found through research, networking, or other methods normally utilized to identify prospective candidates who are potentially qualified to fill the national recruiting program.
• In addition to candidates who had not previously been identified by the Firm, these candidates may include otherwise qualified and still sought after individuals who turned down previous offers.
• Support business imperative sourcing efforts across industries and competencies.
• Obtain and compile competitor and market intelligence data to enhance our sourcing strategies.
• Enhance the visibility and reputation at target competitors and position as the employer of choice for practitioners at all levels.
• Build and strengthen key relationships with Recruiting Managers and hiring managers.
• Execute the sourcing mission, strategy, tools and processes for a given competency/industry line.


Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Recruiting Managers to develop and execute the sourcing strategies needed to fill identified hiring needs.
• Proactively network with talent for additional referrals that will identify additional talent for the Sourcing Team.
• Create an external brand with the aligned talent pools around function/region/industry for the area of alignment supported.
• Prescreen, deliver active and interested candidates to the supported Sourcing/Recruiting Team.
• Creation of creative permission based marketing and communication strategies that will be used to build and sustain relationships with candidates.
• Capture and report on key metrics that show results, trends and opportunities in key talent markets and supported business.
• Maintain CRM tool to ensure all data is captured, updated and reported properly.
• Research, implement and maintain leading edge and creative sourcing tools and resources that improve candidate relationship development.
• Functional/Industry Knowledge: 8 - 10 years of experience in creative direct sourcing techniques for a large consulting firm preferred.
• Experience with direct and indirect marketing techniques in one or more of the following areas:
– Permission based marketing Email campaigns CRM Marketing Database Marketing Experience working in a Senior Account Management capacity nurturing and building upon key critical relationships.
– Experience working in a customer-facing role (account management, customer service management, retention/loyalty programs etc.).
– Ability to implement creative and unique relationship development programs and strategies.
– Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required.
– Lead the development, implementation of successful experienced hire sourcing programs with excellent strategic and creative thinking, project management, and analytic skills.
– Heavy experience with key sources for candidates as well as the proven ability to develop a network to source experienced candidates.
– Develop, lead and manage key recruiting craft skills, including various technical and soft skill sourcing tools and strategies, candidate selection techniques, selling and negotiating techniques.
– Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills Meets deliverable deadlines and is able to move between projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
• Strong knowledge of industry and technology trends, compensation and benefits.
• Strong problem solving skills, ability to follow-through independently, and is a motivated self-starter.
• Ability to lead, direct and work on a variety of projects simultaneously ¡V and, be a champion supporting recruiting and sourcing initiatives (new systems, improving processes etc).
• Knowledge of our competitors at an in depth level - and strong knowledge of the market indicators which affect experienced hiring.
• Ability to lead, direct and effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic.
• Proven ability to lead in a changing environment and be able to develop new approaches to old problems.
• Experience in process development/process improvement a plus.
• Proficient in office computer software/systems (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
