Description:

• Program Strategy, Design and Development.
• The position will be responsible for support of the overall strategy, design, development and communications of various programs.
• Data & Information Analysis.
• The position will be responsible for conducting extensive research, working with complex data sets, systems, and information to produce findings to support decision making processes, generate complex reports and scorecards, and to monitor and track metrics.
• Customer and Supplier Engagement.
• The position will be responsible for engaging with internal customers and suppliers on a regular basis.
• Teaming.
• The position will be responsible for leading and participating in large cross functional teams to achieve various program objectives.
• Teaming efforts typically involve senior level business leaders from a variety of key functions, core business units, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Technology, and Procurement.
• Teaming efforts also extend outside of the company, including suppliers and various organizations or agencies.


Qualifications:

• 4 years of relevant experience in a leadership role; preferrably in a procurement function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Master's or other advanced degree preferred.
• CPSM, CAPM or PMP preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with supplier diversity or supply chain activities and/or functions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively at all levels in the company through presentations, and reports.
• Experience preparing communication strategies and plans and leading a broad range of complex change management initiatives.
• Highly proficient with the use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
• Knowledge of eRFx, reverse auction tools, contract management systems, ERP systems; preferably SAP eSourcing & PeopleSoft.
• Strong knowledge of procure to pay processes.
• Demonstrated ability to design effective program structures and objectives, and corresponding detailed project plans and communication activities to achieve target objectives.
• Manage externally facing programs.
• Orchestrate multiple activities at once.
• Uses resources effectively and efficiently.
• Arranges information and files in a useful manner.
• Demonstrates strong decision-making ability, inclusive of making good decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressures.
