Senior Inventory Associate

Description:

• The Senior Inventory Associate position located at our Morgantown, WV facility will provide global site support and Material Master support to the Supply Chain department.
• In this position, the Senior Inventory Associate will create and maintain SAP Material Master files.
• Provide global end-user support to various departments.
• Perform special project analysis on key data fields using analytical and quantitative methods.
• Analyze and monitor customer fill rates and identify outlier conditions.
• Monitor and coordinate the disposition of short-dated and expired finished goods inventory reporting outlier conditions.
• Recommend updates to SOP’s as necessary and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience.
• However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Must possess demonstrated knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, ERP systems as well as an understanding of production and distribution processes.
• Must possess strong analytical, time management, communication, systems thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills.
• Computer skills are required with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and SAP.
