Supply Chain Technical Analyst / lead

Description:

• The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for supporting a variety of the client’s Supply Chain Departments and Projects including but not limited to Warehouse Management System (WMS), Order Management System, and Business Intelligence Systems.
• The Supply Chain Analyst will participate in analysis of application requirements and will be responsible for the development and execution of Key Business Reporting Tools.
• The Supply Chain Analyst will also be able to complete detailed project specifications, and the development, testing, training and implementation of major business initiatives.
• Supply Chain Analyst must be technically sound with exposure to Supply Chain Systems including Order Management, Merchandising, Forecast, Planning, Warehouse Management systems and Process improvement.
• A BS in Supply Chain and Information Systems is preferred.


Required:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• At least 3 years experience in using analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.
• Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends.
• English: Basic knowledge.


Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years experience in using analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.
• At least 5 years experience in one or more of the following: supply chain mgmt in consumer products industry (retail is a plus), logistics, decision support systems/technology, transportation mgt, distribution or procurement.
• At least 3 years experience in expert level proficiency with both Excel and MS Access and MS Project.
• At least 4 years experience in the development, testing, training of a Supply Chain application.
• At least 4 years experience in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Rational and HP Quality Center is a plus.
• English : Intermediate.
