Description:

• The Service Management Manager will design and implement supply chain solutions that assist clients with improving customer service delivery, optimizing asset deployment, building superior service operations and maximizing working capital performance in a service supply chain network.
• Typical responsibilities for this Manager position are focused on service management supply chain disciplines including: warranty management, service strategy and service offering determination, customer management, service order management, service parts supply management, service parts inventory management, service fulfillment and operations planning, returns processing, repair management, remanufacturing operations, field force scheduling and dispatch, work order/repair scheduling, remote asset monitoring and telematics, planned and unplanned, and predictive maintenance management.
• Service Management professionals are strongly focused on creating and implementing new service chain capabilities for our clients that support their overall business strategies.
• Managers with Accenture's Supply Chain Service line focus on delivering comprehensive business solutions across various industries.
• Responsibilities include the redesign of core business processes and implementation of supply chain solutions for our global clients, adding significant value and delivering benefits to provide a positive impact on the client organizations bottom-line.
• Responsibilities also include the ability to travel up to 100% is required.


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 + years of experience within one or more of the following areas:
– Warranty and claims management.
– Service parts inventory management.
– Field force / technician work scheduling/dispatching.
– Returns/reverse logistics management.
– Dealer network management.
– Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
– Supply Chain Performance Assessment (or equivalent supply chain evaluation process).
– Process analysis and definition.
– Business case development.
– ERP evaluation/implementation.

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• Experience supervising project teams.


Preferred Skills:

• Client relationship management.
• Warranty and technical publications and /or automotive & cross-industry service parts and spares.
• Former lead role in supply chain service operations or customer support in consulting/corporate setting with a manufacturing or distribution focus.
• Former lead role in supply chain service operations or customer support in consulting/corporate setting.
• Six Sigma Black or Green Belt Certification.
• MBA degree.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an ability to obtain security clearances.
