Job Description:
• The DSSI Exception Analyst supports and maintains the integrity of the supply chain between DSSI Provider Customers, DSSI Supply Chain Customers and DSSI internal Partners.
• Responsibilities include managing the accuracy of transactions, facilitating supplier compliance and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• This position also offers DSSI systems support to all DSSI Provider and DSSI Supply Chain Customers.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide “Outrageous Customer Service” to both internal and external customers.
• Ensure EDI and web-based transactions from external customers into DSSI systems are complete and accurate.
• Ensure processing of web-based transactions from DSSI to Supply Chain are complete and accurate.
– Monitor food-based supply chain.
• Proactively investigate and resolve purchase order, acknowledgement and invoice issues in a timely manner.
• Track exceptions through to resolution.
– Daily monitoring of new and aged purchase orders, acknowledgements and invoices.
– Check sum error resolution.
– Timely processing of document processor errors.
– Timely processing/investigation of auto-expedite faxes.
• Provide customer support for DSSI web-based systems.
Seek to learn and understand the DSSI system and the flow of transactions within it.
• Support special projects.
– Identify trends and take appropriate action to resolve issues or create efficiencies.
• Support internal processes.
– Maintain Supply Chain and Provider contact information in relation to Exception Management.
– Maintain Exception Management Business Rules.
– Ensure accurate processing of customer AP Feeds.
– Utilize CRM system to document issue details and interactions with customers.
• Ensure that exceptions and bad invoices remain <90 days.
• Ensure that Exception Management team goals are achieved.
• Ensure that individual goals are met and maintained.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired.
