Description:

• Manage Divisional /Field and Supplier Quality project activities.
• Develop, drive implementation, and maintain a Supplier Performance Management/Scorecard system.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Advanced Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Field and Supplier Quality and each of the three manufacturing locations in the Division to achieve objectives.
• Apply advanced project management skills through activities in support of continuous improvement project initiatives.
• Manage Divisional project and activities related to:
– Supplier Performance Management/Scorecard system.
– Develop system, drive implementation and manage sustaining process.
– Develop and implement standardized processes at the Divisional level to ensure consistent and reliable local data input.
– Develop reporting standards and ensure Divisional and local user training.
– Liaise with IT to ensure continued support of implemented system and appropriate IT change control is maintained for project improvements.
– Provide departmental and back room documentation and audit support during Third party audits.


Qualifications/Work Experience:

• 2-5 years project management experience and demonstrated application of project management tools.
• Demonstrated experience with Global projects and records of successful project completion, particularly related to quality initiatives.
• Ability to lead small and medium scale projects.
• Experience with Purchasing Controls requirements.
• Demonstrated experience integrating best practice to achieve continuous quality improvements.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, team building and communication skills.


Education and/or Special Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant field of study.
• Prefer Masters degree.
