We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior to work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Collaborate to plan the engagement.
• Direct daily fieldwork, inform supervisors of the engagement status, and manage staff performance.
• Understand and execute advisory services procedures including client interviews, problem analysis, and advanced fact gathering.
• Manage expectations of deliverables and timing.
• Stay informed of general business/economic developments and understand their impact to the client.
• Develop people.
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/training.
• Foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment.
• Commit to developing knowledge.
• Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.

To Qualify, Candidates Must Have:
• A bachelor's degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 1-2 years of related work experience.
• A degree with an emphasis in emphasis in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics.
• Experience in providing advisory services in the supply chain and other operational areas that impact the supply chain function (e.g., assessments, supply chain strategy, distribution/logistics (inbound, outbound, return), inventory management, procurement and sourcing, lean-six sigma, sales and operations planning, cost reduction, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude.
• Ability to think outside of the box and thrive on new challenges.
• A strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%.
• A valid U.S. driver's license.
• A valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel internationally.
