Procurement Logistics Coordinator

Description:

KBR is seeking a Procurement Logistics Coordinator. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• This position will perform compliance related research and reporting activities within supply chain management functions to include traffic/logistics compliance to FAR/DFAR clauses on US Flag carrier usage, export and sensitive items control and accountability, and other material and asset management related duties.
• Reviews procurement, subcontract, material and property files, coordinate with International Trade Compliance Office on export controlled items, tracking and reporting ITAR/EAR controlled and sensitive items.
• Assist in compiling various data and metrics pertaining to supply chain transactions and movement in order to monitor and report performance levels.
• Assist in conducting self reviews on traffic shipping files to measure compliance to regulations associated with the transportation of DOD cargo such as the US Cargo Preference and Fly America Acts.


Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree in Business Administrations or Supply Chain Management, Materials Control, Commercial or Government Distribution, or similar discipline and 2+ years of experience in material control, logistics, or procurement.
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of materials control, logistics, or procurement is acceptable.
• Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Proficient with SAP, Maximo, Stock and Roll or other inventory management system.
• Strong organizational skills as well as ability to prioritize tasks and multi-tasking skills are needed.
