Description:

• Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.
• Creates and reviews logistics procedures management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established SOPs to perform the functions of the job.
• Will be empowered to make decisions in conjunction with the Strategic Account Manager and Operations Manager on behalf of the customer.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute short lead orders.
• Monitor Load Management System (from load shipment to delivery).
• Review the previous load activity in the Express system to identify potential problems.
• Manage daily exceptions.
• Manage service failures.
• Identify route guide changes.
• Identify operational efficiency gains.
• Monitor potential late deliveries.
• Make and respond to all changes submitted from the customer in a timely and accurate manner (notify carriers, reschedule appointments, etc.).
• Provide prompt and professional response to client's requests for additional information.
• Hit tactical and operational KPI targets.
• Delegate tasks to central operations and CSR teams and support any gaps that are necessary.
• Manually create loads using C.H. Robinson's internal core application (Express system).
• Strong willingness to be committed to account and branch.
• Help manage reconciliation of weekly financial reports.
• Willingness to work on more than one account when there is a business need.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite 2003.
