Description:
• We are looking for Organization Transformation professionals with 7-10 years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas: change management, organizational change assessments, organizational design, and /or organizational development.
• Experience with functional restructuring (IT, Finance, Customer Care, or HR) and/or experience leading change management activities associated with ERP, Supply Chain, or Business Intelligence implementations, would be a plus.
Required Skills:
• Organizational design and/or change management experience, strong communication skills, and some level of project management experience.
• Proven ability to perform work and manage projects to meet client needs and project objectives that are within scope and budget.
• Demonstrated success in managing a project and/or large, complex stream of work, and identifying new project opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline, computer science, or other relevant discipline required.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or other Master’s degree is a plus
• Communication Skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written).
• General Consulting Skills: team facilitation, business case development, and supply chain assessment / strategy.
• Project Management: Project Manage or lead small teams of 1 - 6 resources (both consulting and client employees) through managing overall engagement performance, work plan and job administration. Industry Expertise: High Tech & Software, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, or Financial Services preferred.
• Effective client management and relationship development skills.
Job Related Skills:
• Organizational Change Assessment: experience in assessing an organization's ability to adapt to process or systems changes through mechanisms such as focus groups and surveys.
• Organizational Design: experience assessing and recommending structural changes to company-wide operating models and/or functional unit designs.
• Organizational Development: organizational analysis; individual/team development; group facilitation; leadership development and coaching.
• Communications/Marketing: audience assessment, communications strategy, planning and execution, communications channel analysis, marketing program development and execution.
• Strategy: strategy frameworks; strategy facilitation; enterprise performance management (balanced scorecard).
• Participated in at least one major large-scale change management initiative (500+ impacted individuals, over extended periods of time).
• Ability to contribute to sales efforts for organization design and transformation engagements as part of an integrated client team (e.g., proposal development).
• Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Visio.
Travel:
• Regular and expeditious travel (up to 100%) throughout the U.S. and occasionally overseas may be required.
• Ability to be stationed at and work from an out-of-town client site for an extended period of time.
