Job Description:

• This position has the responsibility for maintaining the monthly Performance Chemicals Supply Chain scorecard and performing the monthly inventory analysis (which includes value, days-in-inventory, and dysfunctional inventory).
• This position will act as a back up to the 3rd Party Logistics Coordinator.
• This position is also responsible for ad hoc reporting for supply chain needs, business rules adherance monitoring, and any additional projects as deemed appropriate by the Supply Chain Director


Main activities of the Supply Chain Analyst:

• Publish and maintaining the Supply Chain Scorecard KPI's.
• Extract and maintain data collection reports using global reporting tools.
• Perform thorough business analysis of issues and recommend improvements.
• Support supply chain personnel in planning and reporting activities.
• Train and support supply chain personnel on reporting capabilities and KPI's.


Groups the Supply Chain Analyst will interact with:

• Customer Care.
• Information Services.
• Controlling.
• Supply Chain (other divisions)
• Sales & Marketing


Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in the field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Formulas & Pivot tables) and Microsoft Access.
• Able to navigate large quantities of data. Experience with VBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in root cause analysis and process improvement methodology.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain practices and relevant KPI's.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Web-based analytical interfaces a plus.
• A working knowledge of SAP R/3 is preferred but not required.
