Description:

• The Supply Chain Development Executive will lead the establishment, management, and execution of an integrated global Supply Chain for global / international package capability and the execution of key supply chain strategies to realization.
• This individual will also lead the supply chain development team to include Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, etc. within Energy to implement global/international package capability to achieve future requirements in alignment with the sector growth agenda and ensure full consideration is given to global opportunities for enhancing the business model.
• In addition to the above responsibilities, the Supply Chain Development Executive will develop, justify, gain commitment to, and establish major investment or improvement programs and drive the establishment of links with institutions that can support and enhance the strategy; forge relationships for sharing of ideas, information and resources with other Rolls-Royce businesses for mutual benefit.


Qualifications and Experience:

Basic:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Logistics.
• 12+ years combined business experience in Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, & Manufacturing.
• Previous experience managing programs and projects within the production planning and control function.


Preferred:

• Master's of Business Administration.
• Global outlook and exposure to different challenges, cultures, and ways of working.
• Proven track record in delivering business results in both favorable and unfavorable conditions and experience developing and deploying extensive personal and professional networks.
• Domain experience in power generation and oil and gas.
