Description:
To sustainably contribute in optimizing the Total cost of ownership (TCO) of our products through our unique innovative, best in class supply chain and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Your Challenges:
• Conduct benchmark and intelligence studies.
• Formulate of product strategies and set targets.
• Prepare & Present product commodity and category presentations.
• Build contact network: internal, external, cross divisionally, & coerce cooperation wherever needed.
• Coordinate the materials and services procurement through the regions.
• Liaise with :Engineering, PENG, Projects, Suppliers, Regional Procurement for product planning.
• Consolidate and develop suppliers base.
• Monitor Suppliers performance.
• Support tender/bidding process.
• Implement total cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
Your Experience and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing, preferably within an industrial environment of electronic or electromechanical equipment or minimum of 2 years experience in strategic sourcing.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement principals such as: Kanban, Juste In Time (JIT), Kaizen, 5S, Lean, etc.
