Description:

• This is a dynamic and high-impact role as the Supply Chain organization broadens its reach and as Maxim embarks on a path toward redefining corporate demand management, in which this new role managing the interface with key customer supply chain teams will play an integral part.
• We are looking for an experienced supply chain practitioner to help us set up best in class processes to support these customer supply chain excellence programs and achieve best in class delivery.
• To be considered as a candidate, you must have experience leading similar supply chain programs in the high tech field and demonstrated success in interfacing with customer supply chain teams.
• The ability to lead by articulating vision and making that vision a reality is also a crucial component as we define the roles, responsibilities, and business processes that will make our customer supply chain excellence programs successful.


Responsibilities:

• Analysis, change management, customer interface, and ensuring manufacturing efficiencies and improvements around supply chain bottlenecks, both long and short term recovery plans.
• This role works collaboratively with Sales and Manufacturing.
• Requires direct customer communication of Maxim’s supply chain responses to their demand.
• Further responsibilities include process improvement, cost savings assessments, and strategic development collaboration with both internal and external senior executives.
• The programs managers actively evaluate, solution, plan, and then execute these key business objectives.


Requirements:

• 10-15 years of supply chain or program management experience. MBA is a plus.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects across geographically disbursed teams.
• Detail oriented, excellent communication at all levels within the organization, multi-tasking skills, and strong analytical skills.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proven results in driving business process changes.
