• The DCS Demand/Supply Lead will manage the global pipeline intake process for the DCS business, and initiate the downstream MRP and MSP activities for DCS.
• The ideal candidates will understand how to build productive relationships with both the field and internal supply chain teams to force decisions that balance the needs of both customers and shareholders, and exhibit an understanding and appreciation of the downstream impacts of poor pipeline decisions on the broader organization.
• In addition, the DCS Demand/Supply lead will feel comfortable providing formal and ad hoc updates to the DCS Leadership Team on pipeline status, MSP recommendations, and process improvement recommendations.
• It is not expected that this role will require travel, but evening phone calls with Asia are required.
• Some flexibility in work hours is possible, but certain meetings must take place face-to-face in the office.
Major Functional Responsibilities:
• Maintain DCS Pipeline.
• Maintain key metrics on DCS pipeline such as forecast accuracy for 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Initiate DCS MRP process in coordination with operations and procurements teams.
• Provide MSP for DCS products on monthly basis.
• Coordinate with DCS Sustaining core team on major product transitions and their likely impact on pipeline and E&O.

• DCS inside and outside sales force.
• DCS program management.
• Product Operations.
• Procurement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of industry experience.
• 2 years of Demand/Supply experience.
• Attention to detail balanced with high level situational awareness.
• Business Acumen (understanding of the sales cycle and supply-chain).
• General understanding of the enterprise computing marketplace and behavior or commercial customers.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
