Description:
• Manage and establish strategic alliance with contract manufacturers to drive sound business process and outcome such as minimizing manufacturing variances/expenses and transformation cost reduction.
• Establish close partnership with supply chain ops and product line management to aggressively seek gross margin improvement opportunities.
• Support and partner with business operation to drive product roadmap cost reduction strategy and execution.
• Drive process improvement for financial reporting transparency and forecast accuracy.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly gross margin forecasting and reporting.
• Establish metrics to track gross margin performance vs goal.
• Supervise supply chain finance team and perform ad hoc analysis as required.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance a must (MBA preferred).
• Experience with Oracle ERP system and good Microsoft Excel capability.
• Strong partnership and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
